Citizens for a Better Prince George's County

As a self-funding, independent, grassroots organization, we must remain separate from any influence or prejudicial involvement with government.  Therefore, PG Citizens will accept no grants or other funding from government, which might unduly affect our ability to hold elected leaders accountable in an open, effective manner.  So, please help us sustain our vital and necessary services, where there is no alternative throught strickly personal volunteer effort alone.  Rest assured, we will be good stewards of your hard-earned money, just as we work to hold government accountable for the hard-earned dollars of taxpayers such as you.

PG Citizens needs to raise funds to provide professional services, such as attorney fees, to pursue our various projects.  While private citizens, through volunteer effort alone, is valuable and much needed, we still have need to raise funds to achieve the practical goals that will benefit us all in the county.   Your general donations will help us implement these goals when volunteer help is not enough.  Donors of $100 or more will be eligible to serve on the PG Citizens Board of Directors to help decide the best use of these funds to pursue our various projects on your behalf.
